The Mom NP - Direct Primary Care for Women in Santa Rosa Beach

Founded by Lisa O’Neill, APRN-C, The Mom NP is a women-focused Direct Primary Care and integrative wellness clinic serving the 30A and Santa Rosa Beach community.

What makes us different? We remove insurance barriers and offer transparent, membership-based care that allows more time, deeper conversations, and truly personalized treatment plans. Our approach blends primary care, hormone optimization, metabolic health, postpartum support, and mental health - all under one roof.

We believe healthcare should feel supportive, accessible, and relationship-based - not rushed or transactional. That’s why we’ve built a “Village of Support” model, collaborating with local lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists, mental health professionals, IV therapy partners, and women-owned businesses to care for the whole woman at every stage of life.

Every woman who walks through our doors becomes part of a supportive, relationship-centered model of care designed to meet her where she is and walk alongside her through every season.
