The goal of this week is “Establish power for yourself and others.” It is an inward journey that brings the focus to the internal by recognizing where we hold back, and where we can break through.

In this Certified Phase I Immersion you will:
- Get CLEAR and become a CONFIDENT LEADER in your life!
- Learn to deliver the transformative Nahi Yoga Flow.
- Acquire the foundations of ASSISTING.
- EXPERIENCE the Yoga Sutras & philosophy of the Nahi Flow.
- Learn how to translate the historic teachings of yoga into a modern classroom experience.
