2019 Holiday Tour of Homes

The 2019 Holiday Tour of Homes will take place December 7th & 8th and December 14th & 15th.  All homes in the tour must be open from 12:00pm - 6:00pm during this four day event.  This tour is open to all new and existing homes for sale in Okaloosa and Walton Counties and is entries are only open to BIA and ECAR members.

General Information and Rules:
Holiday Tour of Homes Dates: Saturday and Sunday - December 7 & 8 and 14 & 15
Holiday Tour of Homes Times: 12:00pm - 6:00pm (all four days)
The Holiday Tour of Homes is open to new construction as well as existing homes not occupied.
All Holiday Tour of Homes entries must be open during the designated times and must be staffed by a company representative or a realtor.
Entry and payment deadline is November 18th. All required information must be sent to jgf@biaow.org by this date to make the print deadline.

Required information is:
Photo of home or rendering in a jpeg file, 100 word description of home (no bullet points and no pdf files) , 50 words or less driving directions to home from closest major intersection, Selling Price of home, Full address of entry and name of neighborhood (if applicable)
Required Holiday Tour of Homes sign will include company name of entry company
Must be a BIA or ECAR member to enter the Holiday Tour of Homes
Holiday Tour of Homes entry fees are non-refundable
New construction homes must be completed by no later than December 1st
Homes do not need to be decorated, but it is encouraged
Builders? license number is only required for new construction

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By signing the official Holiday Tour of Homes entry form, builders, realtors or their authorized representatives agree, unconditionally, to hold harmless the Building Industry Association of Okaloosa & Walton Counties, Inc., its officers, employees, and members from any claims or liability due to injuries or damages occurring as part of the Tour on the part of the Builder/Entrant, its agents or members of the public on or to the Builder/Entrant?s property. Purchase of privately available Special Event insurance is recommended. See your insurance agent for details.
By my signature, I agree to abide by all rules & regulations established by The Building Industry Association of Okaloosa & Walton Counties, Inc. pertaining to the Holiday Tour of Homes and agree that I am responsible for the accuracy of all information provided to the BIA in regard to my entry and business.
